The Northwood Club of Dallas, TX, site of the 1952 U.S. Open, will again be the site of the Seventh Annual Marketplace Ministries Classic on Monday, October 27, 2008.  For the past six years, the almost always sunny and sold out Marketplace Ministries Golf Classic has given give participants an opportunity to help fund Marketplace Ministries’ helping people in today’s workforce, all the while enjoying a great day of fun, fellowship, and golf at one of Dallas’ most exclusive and prestigious golf clubs. There will be chances for fun and interaction including a COMPLIMENTARY THURSDAY NIGHT TEE-OFF EVENTat PGA TOUR Superstore, plus another Special Putting Contest with a great Marketplace payout.

The four-person scramble golf tournament will be a great day of fall golf fun for you, your friends and business associates. There will be two shotgun starts to begin the festivities – one in the morning and another in the afternoon - along with breakfast and lunch being served. Premium gift bags will be provided for those in the tournament and prizes for the winners. Full use of the Northwood Club’s extensive golf facilities will be available.
